We’re currently transforming this beautiful seafront cottage through a full renovation and bespoke extension. The project includes extensive structural upgrades, internal reconfiguration, and modern finishes throughout, while carefully preserving the building’s original character and charm.
Once complete, this home will seamlessly blend coastal heritage with contemporary living — designed to make the most of its incredible seaside setting.
A P A R T M E N T S
We recently completed extensive structural repairs to this impressive block of seaside apartments. The project involved replacing numerous failed lintels to restore the building’s structural integrity, alongside meticulous repointing to revive its original character.
New cavity trays were installed to prevent future moisture ingress, the roof was repaired to improve durability, and all mastic seals were replaced for superior weatherproofing.
The result is a beautifully restored building that not only looks revitalised but is now protected for years to come.

We completely transformed this once-dilapidated farmhouse through a full renovation and carefully designed extension. The project included a complete strip-out, reconfigured floor plan, and extensive external works to restore both function and charm.
